1. What cookies are
Cookies are small browser files. Local storage is also used to remember the selected language and privacy decision. Measurement tags may load from the start in advanced consent mode. Until consent is granted, they do not read or write analytics cookies and may send only limited cookieless measurements.
2. Tools used
Google Analytics 4 (G-2RWEKBFRP6) measures visits, traffic sources, devices and relevant actions. It uses Google Consent Mode v2: without consent it may send limited cookieless signals and, with consent, enables full measurement. Microsoft Clarity (xy7r6ri4jk) operates without persistent cookies in no-consent mode and enables cookies, heatmaps and complete sessions when authorised. Google Maps is displayed as embedded external content to show the location. When it loads, the browser connects directly to Google, which applies its own terms and privacy policy.
3. Analytics cookies
Google Analytics may use _ga, with a default two-year lifetime, to distinguish users and _ga_2RWEKBFRP6, also with a default two-year lifetime, to persist session state. Microsoft Clarity may use _clck, _clsk and Microsoft cookies such as CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM. Availability and duration may vary by browser and provider settings.
4. Consent
You can accept, reject or configure analytics cookies. Accept and reject are presented at the same level. If rejected, no analytics cookies or persistent identifiers are created. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may still send limited cookieless measurements that cannot reliably recognise the same person across visits. Essential functions, contact links and the map remain available.
5. Changing consent
You can change your decision at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal sends a denied status to Google and Microsoft and attempts to remove existing first-party analytics cookies.
6. Browser settings
Cookies can also be blocked or deleted in browser settings, which may affect functions on external websites.
