2. Data and sources
The site has no registration form. We may process information you voluntarily provide by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram, including name, contact details, enquiry content and data required to manage an appointment. When consent is denied, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may generate limited technical signals without cookies or persistent identifiers. With consent, analytics cookies and more complete browsing measurement are enabled.
3. Purposes
To answer enquiries; provide information on services and prices; manage, confirm or change appointments; maintain the professional and administrative relationship; comply with legal duties; protect website security; carry out limited aggregate website measurement without cookies; and, with consent only, perform full analytics to improve website use.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on requested pre-contractual steps, performance of the service relationship, legal obligations, legitimate interests in website security and consent for analytics or communications that require it.
5. Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by providers needed for the service, including hosting, email, professional advisers, WhatsApp/Meta, Google and Microsoft, under their terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal data. Data may be provided to public authorities where legally required.
6. International transfers

7. Retention
